3.4 Preventing Bonus Abuse
If a member is found to be abusing bonuses (for example, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts, or using coordinated betting strategies), jitabet ace reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
3.5 VIP Programme
The jitabet ace VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers cashback on weekly net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. Higher levels are reached by playing more.
4. Betting and Gaming Rules
4.1 General Betting Terms
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bet outcomes are determined according to the game rules and applicable official results. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the original stake is generally refunded.
4.2 Sports Betting
